My house was illegally sol by the trustee and the bank, I sued them on the state court and I won and set aside the forclosure. I file a bankruptcy because due to the illegal sale the house value went way under water. Now the bank wants to reclaim the property and stating will not cram down the value. Due to the sale the house was half of its original value and it is my business house. The value was destroyed and I was asking them to give me what the value of the house. I need a lawyer to help me.
